Returns & Exchanges

At Roundabout Resale Couture, we strive to ensure your designer finds are perfect, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all boutique and designer tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the couture items in their original shipping box, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and original packaging are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
